Do you ever wonder what best sellers are on Amazon that would be perfect for outdoor learning?
Here in Ontario, we are in lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the main place to buy things is Amazon. We can visit our local grocery stores for the basics – food, toiletries and cleaning products. Things like clothes, toys and fun stuff must be ordered online. Our family has resorted to Amazon for many of our “want” items! It has been a convienient way to shop. I thought it would be fun to do an Amazon list share.
What do you need to get started with learning outdoors or spending more time outside? To be honest, the answer is simple – you need almost nothing! (Safety First! Always be prepared for the weather and stay hydrated.)
However, there are plenty of products in the Amazon marketplace that can make your experience outdoors more enjoyable. Are you curious to know what must-have items I have in my cart right now? (I LOVE to know what other people spend their money on! Weird, I know)
More so, there are many amazing products created and sourced from people around the globe that allow you to spend more time outdoors enjoying the the season – whether it’s a gorgeous summer day or frigid winter evening. We all need some downtime outdoors as well as whatever might make being outdoors as enjoyable as possible. Would you agree with that?

If you love to bike around your neighbourhood in the summertime with your kids (that’s our favourite thing to do after suppertime) then you will love the gel seat cover on this best sellers on amazon list. It will make all those bumps, curbs, and potholes that much less, ummmm….how do I say this? …painful? Simply cover your existing bike seat and pull the toggle tight.
My kids have been begging for the kayak set to use when we go camping. Here’s to hoping we come out of lockdown here in Ontario and can once again enjoy camping in the woods, not just our backyard. The kayak is number one on my wishlist for this summer!

With a house full of children I can attest to the use of many of the items on this best selling items on Amazon list for the young-uns. You really can’t go wrong with most of the items here.
Buuuut, there are a few toys that stand out to me as things that make you think, “how did we live without this when we were kids?!” Let’s talk about fubbles. (Yet another thing I never thought I’d say as an adult)
Bubbles are bubbles in a special, spill-proof colourful container. There is also something magical about the bubble wands too because they create an adundance of bubbles. Bonus, you won’t need to take out stocks in bubble solution.
Another item on the list, while not necessarily outdoor learning specific, is the sensory bubble-pop toy. With so much online learning and extra-curricular activities moved to online learning, the kids have been spending a plethora of time online. We got them these bubble pop toys and they have been mezmorized. I also don’t mind if they take their popper outside and it gets dirty because it’s easy to clean! Patio, Lawn and Garden Must-Have Items
Last fall we moved into our current home. The backyard is HUGE compared to the postage-stamp sized yard we had come from. The plan was to put in an inground pool. However, after doing some test holes with an auger, we learned that our house is built on solid rock. It would cost a fortune to remove all that rock so our pool dreams have been put aside for now. Enter: Garden Dreams!
